1. Who we are

Unbundle is an AI-powered task breakdown tool operated by Decent Studio Ltd., a company registered in Ireland. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy refer to Decent Studio Ltd.

2. What we collect

Account information — your email address and name when you sign in via Google or magic link.
Objectives and tasks — the objectives you submit and the task breakdowns we generate, stored so you can access your history.
Usage data — basic interaction data (e.g. number of splits, granularity settings) to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

To provide and operate the Unbundle service.
To save your task history and sync it across devices.
To enforce plan limits (free vs. Pro).
To send transactional emails (e.g. magic link sign-in).

We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your objectives to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Your data is stored in Supabase’s EU-based infrastructure.
OpenAI — powers the task generation. Objectives you submit are sent to OpenAI’s API. OpenAI’s data usage policies apply.
Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google’s OAuth service handles authentication.

5. Data retention

Your history is retained while your account is active. Free accounts store up to 3 objectives; Pro accounts store up to 20. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use cookies solely to manage your authentication session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.
