By accessing or using Unbundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Unbundle is an AI-powered tool that breaks down objectives into actionable subtasks, operated by Decent Studio Ltd., a company registered in Ireland. The service is provided on a free tier with optional paid (Pro) features.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
  • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls.
  • Use the service to train AI models or scrape outputs at scale.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models used by the service.

5. AI-generated content

Task breakdowns are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before acting on them. Unbundle makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of generated content.

6. Plan limits

Free accounts are subject to usage limits including history storage and the number of task splits per objective. These limits may change with notice. Pro accounts are subject to the terms of the applicable subscription.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the objectives you submit. You grant Unbundle a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service. Unbundle’s name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbundle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
